I recently bought one shirt from them I told them that I need large size, but they gave me XL size which is not fit to me, as I use to do shopping from The Farm branch and they have pretty good stock and services, but this shop in Artrium mall is seem problematic, as I went to change its size after 5 days, they told me come next day as it is their closing time, now after few days due to rain I again went to them, they told me their ship is closed and go to Gulshan Iqbal branch shop. Now I asked them why not Clifton branch, they said no it is not possible, and you have to Gulshan, as for me I never visit gulshan now for just this shirt I have to go there! does not make sense neither a service standard.
