Though furniture is of good appearance and aesthetics but exhibits frequent issues. I bought a manager chair, in 2016 at Rs. 23,000. It developed a recurring fault every month. Though their repair service was free for the warranty, it was extremely slow. So I learned to fix it myself. Now the hydraulics have completely given way, making it unusable. It has been more than a month and two complaints with no response or technician from them. A 23k chair ruined in 2 years, what a joke. 8k Chinese chairs have fared better in our office. I would say to avoid them like the plague.
