I am studying there. it's a best uni all around there.

Typical university of Pakistan. As for the environment I would encourage it as it does not promote lot of unveiling, so-called "modernism" while whenever I see the universities of Islamabad they are much more deprived of modesty. As for the administration, the staff is although friendly, but the administration considerably lacks technology. you have to visit the university just to fill admission forms. All these kind of petty things should be done through website.

The staff are now better in comparison to the post. However the faculty of professors and lecturers is still pathetic as usual.

The University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar (UET Peshawar), formerly known as NWFP University of Engineering and Technology, is a public university located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Formerly known as NWFP University of Engineering and Technology until 2010, it an institution of higher learning in Pakistan with a strong emphasis on the development of science and engineering. Its programs of civil engineering includes research in the interdiscipline of earthquake studies, started after the massive earthquake jolted the country in 2005. The University offers undergraduate and post-graduate programs in various engineering disciplines.
