Having a good experience with Dr. Haroon at Willcare, he doesn't rush and hears most of what the patient is telling. Good neat place!!

Good medical services. Staff is well behaved. There is no proper ventilation at reception and waiting area. No proper fans and A/Cs remain off in this area and there are a lot of mosquitos to bug you

They are unaccommodating and just give you the run around. Booked an appointment online and their customer service told me when an appointment is booked online on Saturday or Sunday it is not a valid appointment. She said, she couldn’t find my appointment. They give a time option to schedule your appointment at 8:00 am and the staff does not get their until 9:00 am. I had screen shots of my booked appointment and they refused to let me attend my appointment. I asked for them to reschedule for a later time in the day and they refused. I said, I drove from far away and the lady kept insisting I just go to my interview without my medical being completed and once I have my interview the embassy will provide a letter for me to have my medical completed and then to come back. I said no, I’m already here so why can’t they just see me and she’s like we can’t. Your appointment is not confirmed and I said will you are suppose to call me to confirm my appointment and she said, we called proceeding to tell me the time and date they called but I’m the beginning she couldn’t find my appointment and just kept repeating go to your interview and then come back and get your medical done. On the embassy website it clearly defines “you must have your medical completed before coming to your interview.” I said, I can go to my interview and make them aware that my medical has been completed and they said, reports will take 5-7 days which she proceeded to ask if I have my Covid vaccine and I said yes. I’m fully vaccinated she asked the last day of my vaccine which I told her for her to only tell me I need to wait 14 days after my second vaccine to have my medical saying, it’s rules of the embassy where in the website it has no such information. They are unhelpful and very contradicting about their procedures. I tried calling back and no one would answer my call. If possible avoid this medical facility. WORST EVER!

Worst Management, rude staff also security guard not supportive, Much expensive. I will not recommend going there.

Good environment and well managed facility with polite staff. Medical done properly. Results delivered to embassy within 24 hours. Plus copy of result was sent to me
