Rosati Bistro karachi

Beautiful atmosphere and pretty good food. I had the steak which was fresh and juicy. But what to say about the service! The waiters were all chatting up a storm and took a century to come get our order, and serve food. And when we asked them for a water bottle (since they didn’t ask us themselves what we’d like to drink), the waiter just brought it and put it on the table - good waiters unseal the cap and pour it out for everyone.

Ambiance is wonderful but food quality is bad. Too much expensive menu with worst taste plus. Expensive shesha and taxes.

I would have given them even lower score if I had an option. Ordinary food at exuberant prices. Horrible support staff from valets to waiters. The place had so much potential from the way decor is done if only the more critical aspects of restaurant are understood by management and taken care of. Definitely not visiting again.

Lovely experience. Very different food, I really liked it. Smoking corner is the best thing in this resturant.

Service and quantity were good. The taste of the food was also good and their menu did have the usual continental dishes that these cafes offer apart from some unique ones. But the best thing about the place is their ambiance and their whole set up. I say this because of their set up that this place is more for friends gatherings rather than a family place.

What a disappointment. They charge ridiculous prices for sub par food and the slowest service I have ever seen. It took us an hour just to get our food and even then the waiter was so incompetent, there was not enough plates for everyone seated and not the correct cutlery for the food ordered and the waiter had to be repeatedly told what to bring. Not to mention, a lot of us ended with upset stomachs at the end. We hosted a guest here and it was an embarrassment. Stay away, there are so many better places to go to. The only reason you would come here is if you wanted to smoke shisha while you eat but for goodness sake there must be a better place to go to then this.

I eat pepper steak which was quite good. I visited it for lunch. Ambiance was ok. They didn't opened the light for the customers so sitting area was quite dark which I didn't like.

Rosati, today was on its best days, environment was good, would have been even better with some fans in open air, food was great. Seems like the management has actually listened and improved the experience..

Used to love this place but it has aged quite badly over the years. The food is nothing to write home about and the shisha is barely OK. Needs refurbishment and new equipment. Can't forget the mosquitos here, much more than other places and fully out of control.
