Toni and guy is one of the cleanest most efficient and upscale salons in karachi. Pre eid me and my son both went to get haircut and were met with staff which was not just happy to give us a haircut but people who understood us and guided us with a focus on customer care. These guys are the best so would recommend this service to anyone.

The worst service I've ever gotten while getting my nails done. The staff had zero idea of how to apply a proper shellac. There was mismanagement to the point of chaos. No one knew what the actual process of removal was and when I asked her for the right product to be used, she gave me attitude about it. The pedicure was done to the minimum. She barely removed my dead skin, didn't even apply the wax properly, no massage, no buffing or anything. Never ever going back to them for nails. Maybe they're good with hair but I'm not going to try anymore.

Haircutting was on point & the staff was courteous. However, there was no checking of temperature or vaccination cards from the customers at any point.

this was one of the few places doing shellac nails so me and my cousin visiting Pak for my brothers wedding chose this place for manicures. ..i got a luxury manicure and she got a shellac manicure...no buffing or anything was done..got a very very basic manicure, but what upset me was how UNTIDY the nail color application was ...the nail polish was old and really thick coat was applied which took a long time to dry...the cuticles looked so untidy n messy , i asked the aesthetician to remove nail color from my skin , she brought a huge cotton ball and removed a big chunk from the nail itself. In the end i got so frustrated i asked her to remove all the nail color...my cousins shellac application was quite messy too...initially she tried removing her original shellac without acetone...overall very very UNPROFESSIONA and disappointing.

Fraud people- top to bottom. They say something else on the phone and as soon as you get there to get the service, they will tell you different rates and will try to convince you to get half of that service and pay the original amount.

They are the best. They deliver the best styling and cutting of hair. They have premium products. And they charge you an arm and a leg because they give you its worth. The phone staff is rude and has an attitude issue. The hair staff is great!
