I have been to this salon it has this appointment system which helps alot the services are just the way I want them. kinza is an all rounder amongst workers and kiran is the perfect hair expert. the ambience is just as cosy and relaxing as needed. you can also shop for personal stuff down in the basement and I do think its good quality stuff there. The ground floor has a collection of average taste make up I have never been happy after shopping from it .the only worst thing about the place is that to pay u have to go all the way up to the second floor which is annoying especially after u take a time consuming service

A nightmare in the name of spa. When you pay you deserve respect & 100% professional attitude of staff but at Shades even after paying money their staff would tell you to get up from your seat so that some rich girl can get her menicure first. Hygeine is zero Quality of products is zero. Please save your money & time.

Service is good but not recommended for value for money

I don’t usually post reviews but this one was needed I came from US and had a acrylic set already done 2 nails broke so I went in for a fill in and 2 nail repairs... so let me start off by saying every artist has their own way of working and style as I work in a salon too.. there was one girl doing one hand and one doing the other.... completely diff shapes and sizes on both hands... asked for gel polish but they denied said no we can only do regular... I had to take the filer To try to fix myself and last but not least they don’t even have drills 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ I will be posting a before and after pic from when I left the salon to me Fixing at home sorry but if 0 stars was an option that’s what you would get. Waste of 4K
