Poor service..... Have been throwing money for the past year at them..... No customer care at all. Only know how to grab money.

Very good service advisors, I will give 5, if they improve pre delivery inspection. Overall Good 3s, comparable with Best centers of Karachi.

Radiator and brakes work. The most worst experience I had. Worst quality of service as well as parts.

Don’t be fooled by stellar online reviews about this place. This is not the place to take your car to if you want more than an oil change. Today I was billed PKR 10,000/= for a fuel gauge replacement, but the problem is not even 1% fixed. I explained to them the whole issue in the morning, and they assured me it was a straightforward fix. They worked on the car all day, constantly giving me updates about the success of the repair. When all was done and I checked the car, the problem was not even 1% fixed. When I told them about it, they told me that their electrician is on leave for a few days and I should keep checking with them. Then they issued me the handwritten bill on plain paper, because their computer was not working. I think they shouldn’t have accepted the car in the first place if they didn’t have an electrician. Although I will keep checking with them, I’m sure they will not entertain me anymore as they have already received the payment. One reason I’m sharing my experience here is to advise others. Soon this place is going to be converted to a Hyundai showroom, but the repair team is to remain the same.

The parts across all suzuki outlets are extremely over priced. There is no doubt that part of same made and quality are available in the market with 5 times less the price. The only difference is that the company's outlets are equipped with the advanced machines which mostly local mechanics do not have

This workshop is a total mess. They don't have any experienced technician. They don't have good facilities (tools). They will keep making excuses for everything u ask. Extremely unprofessional people
