Its an authentic franchise of famous chain. Though its known for varieties of coffee but one can find good desert options and routine bakery items. The seating arrangements are excellent and staff is polite and trained. Staff is well dressed as well. Crockery is up to expectations. The two factors which doesnt attract much of customers could be high prices and restricted menu designed for very targetted group of customers.

Visited Gloria Jeans because somebody recommended me their molten lava cake and icecream. Man oh Man was it delicious, the gooeyness of the brownie took the whole dessert to another level. Plus the ambiance of the entire place is spot on.
