I had an issue with the size of my bag and wanted it changed. After I lodged my complaint, I was assured that it would be resolved as quickly as possible, and the representative was true to her word! The customer service was impeccable, the reps were professional and polite. Cubby.pk really cares about its customers. I'll probably order again soon!

Although this isn’t the first time I’ve bought an item from Cubby (and I have been extremely satisfied with each purchase), this is the first time their exemplary customers services have prompted me to write a review. I was in desperate need of teething mittens for a very upset, very cranky teething baby. The standard delivery time was stated as 3-5 working days, but I reached out to them on Facebook, asking if they can help me out. An hour later, the mittens were at my place!! I cannot express my surprise and gratidude to the team for making this happen. Thank you so much for helping out a baby and mama in need ♥️
