Relax Hilton Palace mingora

Room was great, it had a DC inverter which can be used as a heater. Room also had a TV and beds were properly organised and the room was clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. The food was good and properly served. Management and service was also good. Overall experience was great but the reason for leaving a star is that they did not have janitors in the evening so the bathrooms in the lobby and the dining halls were usually dirty in the evening.

Beautiful surroundings.Swat River view. Spacious parking lot. Rooms condition Average. Need maintenance. Average room service. Kitchen below average.

Food was not that much tasty as the neighbouring restaurant provide. Although the dining room and living room s are neat and clean. And on the rooftop one can enjoy a gorgeous view of swat river.

I just stopped over to have breakfast here once and another time lunch. Breakfast was just ok at best. But lunch was good. Not that much variety though. Parking is good too.

"Lokal Rooms" hotel was so comfy to stay after travelling directly from Lahore. Ambiance 5/5 Breakfast 5/5 Lift 5/5 Service 5/5 very good! Scenery was also fine as it was in front of River! I highly recommend everyone who is going to visit Swat with their families, must stay there for at least one night!

No cleaning service, taps were broken,no toiletries, food was average but expensive unnecessarily, they charge u tax. On card payment for no reason just to rip u off. I was disappointed ☹️😞

This hotel is not recommended to stay. Had a very worst experience by staying there. Service is too much poor. Hotel management isn't cooperated at all. Rooms are not up to mark. There are many other hotels that you can find to stay with same price range that hotel Hilton palace have with good standards of room like ALMAS hotel, buraj Al swat. I will rate this hotel 01/10. Not recommended at all.

Terrible hotel. The furniture is embedded with dust. Literally you cannot clean it. The furniture and fixtures and bathroom are extremely substandard. I am not exaggerating. A 2500rs room is better. The water is cold. Its a thoroughly paindu substandard room. My suggestion is to go to Continental Hotel Swat. So much better at less than half the cost. I regret not going there. Getting out of here asap.

We had a very great stay at the Hilton! The rooms are very clean, staff is friendly and it is situated right in front of the beautiful swat river, surrounded by mountains and with amazing places to eat nearby. An overall great experiences that I can only recommend.
