Worse Education System. shortage of Permanent Teachers. I didn't recommend that you go there and exhaust your intellectual career. I have been there for 3 years. My Honest Experience is That. There is no separate discipline system for girls boys to act misbehaving with girls trying to grab them into their friendship.
