Our kitten died because of his negligence. He did not care enough for pets. He didn't even recieved our calls we were giving him in emergency at 9 am. He was jst telling us to give syrup while our kitten was not tolerating orally anything. He could have saved a life by simply giving drip to our kitten. One day before her vaccination, she was perfectly fine. She got sick after getting vaccination from there. Then we went again fr check up and then again and called him too. By the time he was advising by text to give gripe water to our kitten via his irresponsible attitude our pooor kitty passed away. Totally irresponsible and non professional attitude. Staff must be caring enough to listen to concerns and act professionally. I also have doubt in his expertise because it was the day after vaccination our kitten got too sick. Not suggesting this doctor for ur pets to anyone, who love their pets enough to cry after losing them.

I have been taking my pets to this hospital for last 4 years and i hve never had any complaint regarding their pet handling and treatment... Dr masood is available even in emergency hours with a quick response...
