Surgimed Hospital Lahore

Lot of improvement is required here Staff seems careless, no proper guidance for patients. We were asked to get medicines from hospital's pharmacy. On checking we found that all the medicines are irrelevant. They were not even used in OT. On raising the question staff said they will return all the medicines. Pathetic...! Post-op care is poor Not recommended !!!

It is a fairly big private hospital in Lahore providing many quality services.

Not a hospital but a business. Their doctors don't accept laboratory test results of any other lab. Instead, they recommend their own labs. Pathetic. Specially when you know that those labs give a share to these doctors.

Their surgical facility is one of the best, rest the healthcare totally depends on the consultant you have opted for.

what a scam they do. they sent their own people in different government hospital to look for the people who need emergency and urgent medical assistant and guide them into this private hospital. the doctors are not even competent to operate brain tumor even on very early stage but this guys scam them into big amount of money and kids ended up their life. well what you can think system in Pakistan or this D***head people working in this hospital. that's why when they came to Canada they can't even pass first basic exam of doctorate and ended up to go back and scam innocent pakistani people or ended up to drive taxi or truck here in Canada. you killed many innocent kids you killer BC

Receptionists and pharmacy staff in particular were extremely rude and ill mannered. Every time you go there, they were extremely annoyed to answer anything. Even today when I called in the hospital to ask for the report, receptionist was annoyed and replied very rudely. Regarding the doctor, I wouldn't blame her but her PA messed up several times, first she did not inform us the protocol before the surgery and the doctor was not even aware of our appointment which we found out from the doctor on the last day and had to cancel our appointment for a later date. Then she gave us incorrect fee which we had to argue with the receptionist. We were not compensated for this inconvenience and had to pay more.

Surgimed My surgery is written in this hospital and it was done by Dr. Majeed and it will be a very good surgery. Allhumdulila . He is a very good doctor.

Two days ago, I visited here with my 1 year old son and my wife, it was an appointment with child specialist Dr Saeed, He checked my kid and recommended CBC test so I went on fourth floor For blood sample in nursery, believe me a Stupid and un experienced Sister(Nurse) was there she took more than 15 minutes to take blood sample but can't, at the end she said I can't do this after trying so many attempts, lost blood and kid was crying badly too... my question from management is that if you are charging so high then why you people have hired such kinda staff. it was 8pm 2 days before when I went there. not recommended this hospital

Very bad experience. Highly disappointed. Wish I could give star that rate in negative. Went 2 days ago to get checkup of my brother from Dr Amir Aziz. No doubt that he himself was very nice and professional but the management of hospital was very disappointing. To get an x-ray done we were to wait for about an hour and after the x-ray was done they asked to pay for x-ray and then we will give you the film(they could have asked all this before the x-ray). No one was available at reception of radiology counter. And when came for dressing in OT we were to wait there for about 45 mins and they didn't guide us about any payment or anything and when dressing was done and we were about to leave they asked"sir is ki payment counter py kr k aayen phr patient bahir aaye gy" Like seriously, we were standing outside the operation theatre from last one hour and they didn't tell us about this payment. Even the management of Government hospitals is much better than this.

Surgimed Hospital is one of big private hospital of lahore . They buy many land near of the hopital. Is good they extend hospital. Most of people have one issue .they take only cash payment .they did,not belive on banking system of pakistan. Fbr shoud take action on them. Whay they did,not accept bank card . If any one read tag of doctor they all have digree from uk usa austrilia and some different country. My question all of them they all paying there cash payment .this is just cheating goverment system. Tax cheating. This country is haven of tax theeft.
