Needed mandatory purchase of National Defence Saving certificates, visited Aabpara Branch Islamabad. Had already completed all prerequisites. The centre was jam pack with customers, few were standing, I deposited my papers and cash and waited from 11:30 hours till now that is 14:25 hours, and the certificates are yet not ready, The centre is extremely understaff, the space is too confined keeping in view the customers. All these centres require reorganisation, people have trust in these schemes and will come in greater number if run on the lines of commercial banks.
