Worst experience of a Hair cut. Not recommended!

Pathetic salon with rotten attitudes towards clients. Dirty gowns were given and told to sit in the hair dye area. The main door keeps opening with guys peeping in and trying to see women inside . When confronted they had no courtesy to even apologise. The whole place smelt of fungus and mould with dirty facial rooms . Will definitely not recommend this place unless u want watchmen to see u half naked and as to no ethics or professionalism.

Out of 3.5 hours ... 2 hours wasted in asking and pleading for people to come and kindly complete the services. Half the services given. I do understand Eid rush but a client who has been here for 3.5 hours and still left to fend for themselves is disgraceful. Honestly the only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the two things ingot done. Sorry but this one was a bummer of an experience. 😔 Everyone be warned.

The ambiance was not according to my expectations it was the first time I went there no doubt rates were good but I hair cut I wanted and was thinking that was not done accordingly. So I am not satisfied.

I got Keratin Treatment from them in December 2021. It was horrible and my hair for 6 months were so brittle with excessive hair fall. Even washing would not soften the hair texture. I would never recommend them for keratin treatment.
