Euro Tyres have been around for a long time. They deal in both new and vulcanised tyres. Though I'd strongly suggest buying new ones. They also sale all kind of rims and alloy rims etc. Wheel balancing is done here. On a purchase of a complete set of tyres/rims the changing is FoC.
