VERY SLOW SYSTEM. MORE IMPORTANTLY , RUDE AND NON COOPERATIVE STAFF. The system was slow which we could deal with as it may happens sometimes. But the behavior of the staff was unbearable. After waiting for half an hour the lady said "SYSTEM SLOW HA, KARWANA HA TOH KARWAEIN , NAI TOH AAP KI MARZI HA". we are a customer of the bank. Not the slaves. Poor staff. Highly unrecommended.

Had a very bad experience. Was there just to submit a cheque. The system wasn't working and the staff was reacting as it is our mistake that the system is slow and sluggish. Unprofessional behavior of staff. Wasted an hour and still couldn't get the job done.
