The staff was reliable to my needs and the rooms were neat and clean keeping up the class of extravagent hospitality. Excellent experience of staying at Crown Inn at reasonable prices. Airport pick n drop services were helpful for me. Cafeteria and the quality of food was good too. It was an amazing experience to stay at Crown Inn and whenever I would happen to come to Karachi I would stay at Crown Inn. Keep it up!

very cooperative and the staff resolved my late departure with out any extra charges they gave me +2 hours. Cleaned room and the room services was perfect but this place is very busy because of business hub With a walking distant to a Shopping center and cinema Very convenient for traveling with colleague. Definitely recommend this hotel. and above all Parking is free as well in this place it is not easy to park your car in sadder they have private parking in hotel basement finally all good will recommend to friends and colleague thank you

ZERO STAR Will totally agree with Mr. Sarmad. Hotel staff are actually good actors. All smiling and calling me 'sir'. On ground there is no performance. Rooms are horribly stinky. Very bad smell. I had to checkout the next day. They have painted bath tubs to hide bad stains. The paint keeps peeling off choking the drain. Room service is pathetic. Had to call two times. Housekeeping is even more pathetic. They never change the bed sheets and towels. Full of stains. Pillows are uncomfortable. Laundry service was better but expensive. Not Recommended: Never ever go into this hotel. You can find much better hotels in same budget. Edit: Mr Owner! Stop intimidating. Comments are for everybody to see. My experience was pathetic and so i had to share it.

used to be really good. not anymore. average rooms. breakfast was okay. but worth it based on the prices and the convenience. would recommend it

I booked a room (online advance payment) for 3 nights and I regretted it from the moment I stepped into the room. Photos of hotel and rooms were well edited. AC not working, WiFi not working, an 1970 model TV and uncleaned bathroom (an ugly one). Uncooperative staff maybe because I paid in advance. Wouldn't recommend!!

Room no 611 Neither Fan was working nor AC was working,Poor Communication system with reception,TV Channels goes offline in mornings,Neither Comb nor hair oil was available in Washroom, Washroom was overflown, Lifts were slow and dead,Room fall selling was not clean remained dirty, Room floor was also found dusty even after room service. Only Food was Fantastic 😋

Pathetic and extremely poor services.. Dirty and stained bed sheet... Not recommended for stay.
