I usually bought clothes, perfumes and cosmetics from J. Few days ago I went to buy mousse from it. I checked the tester and asked the girl to give me one. I paid the bill and came home. After a few days when I opened the box it was of face powder. I went to the outlet to change it. But they refused as according to them, cosmetics once sold are not changed. This is rediculous. Owners must take notice of it.
