1st technical college in Skardu Karakuram Institute of Commerce and Technology providing 3 years diploma in electrical engineering and civil engineering. KICT also start DBA ( diploma in administration) and 2 years IT course. I have completed my 3 years diploma in electrical engineering from KICT Skardu. I just wanna say its ammmmmaizing college for technical students. And they're recently started TSC ( tecnical school certificate) from 2017. Thank you KICT.
