If you looking for NIC location better to visit in second shift otherwise you have to suffer a lot. Please go through your asked information carefully as many of data entry operators screw up with minor mistakes and once done. One have to go a complete process to correct the information. Why not try Nadra Executive office is Sialkot can’t.
