The population of the town is approximately more than 16,000. Pirowal has the longest wild life park. that is consist of 170 acker land. Once this forest was known largest forest of Pakistan. Second major known well known assert of Pirowal is Punjab Seed Corporation (PSC). It is Punjab government largest Seed processing unit. This institute is doing Seed Production Farming, Seed Export, Seed Processing, Seed Quality Testing.
