Very bad and disrespectful customer service. Taking undeserved money on the basis of so-called policy. I got shoes from here for Rs. 2500 and decided to return it due to some inconvenience within 15 days and unused. When I exchanged it with some other pair, I was asked to pay more money since the price of the previous article was 1700 something at that moment and it was being considered rather than 2500. Undeserved Rs700 earned and a customer well-cheated!
