Extremely poor changing area, smelly staff clothes left over on walls, smelly changing area , un flushed toilets, dirty toilet seats, stained w/c, stained and greese showers, damaged slippers, dirty tea and coffee area, smelly steam room, sauna mostly out of order, no fresh air to breath, dumbles lying everywhere on floor, worst music quwali and love songs, trainers busy chasing girls and not helping out at gym, poor maintained machines and equipment. Pool water not changed in weeks and pool always unsupervised with children in their own. Over all extremely poor administion and worst management. Management room full of cigarettes smoke and party on scene, other wise no where to be found. Such an excellent set up by Sitara Group by extremely poor administration and worst management. Complaint system exist only in registers but not effective due to internal staff Maffia that has ruined such an excellent facility. Could be improved if professional with rite qualifications and experience is hired. 05-12-2017 feed back

Maintenance of facilities has gone down since last few months

Rude and bad quality pool, The staff are very rude and the pool is disgusting.

Since Jan 2020 it is operated with new management. Whole setup is refurbished. Environment and staff is giving new and improved look.

Safa fitness club is best then other gym's Please come and visit.

I have visited the pool 3 times on Saturdays. I saw changing of water one time. On that day I could see that water was not clean. But other days it was pretty clean. I asked how often they change the water and the admin said it's about 3 days. I found toilets always flushed on female side. It could be that pakistani men don't like to flush. But I was opposed by other ladies when I took my 6 year old son during female time (11am - 3pm). Admin didn't have any clear rules about age limit for kids who can swim along female.
