Fine church

St Peter Canisius Church (Roman Catholic) is a fine Christian church in Abbottabad, with a sizable congregation and good interfaith ties with Muslims and other religious communities in this town. It was established in 1902, only the Anglican St Luke Church is older. However,St Peter does more to help all people, of all religions. They are kind and loving people.

The Church of St Peter Canisius, or simply, St Peter's, is Abbottabad's Roman Catholic church. It's not as old or historical as the Anglican St Luke's Church, on Jinnah Rd., but it's probably the busiest with the biggest congregation. The local Catholic padres have been doing a great job, in not only increasing local conversions but also in helping out the local community, the poor , of all creeds, on purely a humanitarian and compassionate basis. Good luck and blessings to them for their noble endeavours.
