Big chain of guest house, need renovation in all rooms. Its okay if you stay for a night only

Neat and Clean, Facilities, Attendee available

SC Muzaffarabad-- the location was not worth a vacation. Severe electricity problems with unreliable back up supply. Bathrooms were not clean. The food was always coming in very late. The phone in the room was out of order so you had to walk up to the reception every time. SC Kutton-- Excellent views from the hotel and a beautiful place by the river. The food was always excellent. The staff was nice too. Accommodation was simple yet neat. However, the rates were greater than other better resorts in the locality.

Not a bad place to live

Highly recommended guest house for both official and family visits to Muzaffarabad. Located at a very convenient place with neat and clean environment. Rooms are very neat, clean, spacious and airy. Staff is very corteous and friendly. Providing very good quality at very reasonable rates. Highly recommended for business and private travellers.

They don't serve any thing, n old style tv were in the rooms , room temperature couldn't cover by 1 tone ac

The guest house is located at a very strange place. We had to take 3 rounds of the same street to locate it, still it was difficult to find as there are no sign boards found nearby. It is not at all maintained. Room are spacious bathrooms are good. However there is a weird type of smell in the guest house premises.
