Royal Continental Hotel Neelum Road Muzaffarabad

A decent hotel with basement parking and decent food. The conference halls are reasonable for meetings and workshops. They also have a wedding hall but it does not have enough space for large ceremonies. Its ok for small ones but if you have invited more than three hundred people it is better to choose some other marriage hall as the space is suitable for about 2 to 3 hundred people. The food is good, the service is good and if you are looking for a mid range accommodation, the Royal Continental Hotel is your destination.....

I visit tow times there with my family. Once time when we goes to URI border and second time we goes to Kel. I love this place food was delicious and have basement parking.

I have been there last year .. It's an amazing place to stay for visitors and tourists.. u can have all the luxuries u want in this heavenly beautiful place

Overall a very good hotel. Food is good, staff is friendly nd quick. The also have place for events. Rooms are very comfortable.

There is no option of giving 2 and half stars otherwise I would give it that, rooms were good spacious. But hotels location isn't ideal. Located on a busy road. They tends to cater wedding functions so it was very crowded and noisy. Food was fine but we spent the same amount of money at different hotel which was way better then this. So either they should lower their rates or improve their services and ambiance big time.

Below average. AC was leaking entire night, their internet wasnt working. Rooms we dirty and blankets were smelly. Their restaurant was closed. Elevator was making noise like it would fall anytime. I dont know why people have given it good reviews, one could easily get a better hotel in the same price.

They have good food quality, but average rooms and worst laundry service, I ever seen. They will not respond your call even after you moved. I am surprised 🤨 on seeing these five stars, I think these people don't know or never visited to quality hotels. Their costs are high as compared to their quality.

One of the best hotel and restaurant in Muzafrabad.

One of the best hotels in Muzaffarabad. Parking available in basement for guests. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Room service is excellent. Recommended if you are staying at Muzaffarabad. Good price with excellent services
