On Sundays there is a half shift. The shift persons are lethargic;disgruntled and incompetent to handle the workload. The shift in charge has no control over them. They finish their job in double time. Horrible experience. I suggest not to visit the Workshop on Sundays.

On saturdays its very crowdy. You need to bring your cars early here on saturdays. Best time is from 8 to 10

Nicely built showroom. The crew is really helpfull. You can take details of new arrivals and check out the new rides. The showroom has a Car wash, Car tuneup area, denting painting area, bike tuneup area, petrol station.

Excellent place for routine maintenance of your vehicle if you are a Suzuki owner. The service is a little expensive and at times there is a wait but worth the money. There has been times when the part you need is not in stock but usually they make a great effort to procure it especially for you. Their paint shop is one of the best in the city.

One of the oldest and most reliable Suzuki service centers in Rawalpindi. Their customer service is very good. The staff is also skilled. This location is easily accessible in most parts of the city. The waiting room is well equipped. Car wash is also available. Most of the time you have to wait because there are so many cars on the waiting list, it is best to get an appointment one day in advance. Suzuki Central has a complete Suzuki car maintenance facility. A little expensive but here you can be sure that the work is done to your satisfaction. The mechanics are very good, the price is standard, all OEM parts are available on site. Customer relations staff can be frustrating at times. This is recommended for anyone interested in keeping their Suzuki vehicles in good condition.

Pathetic staff at the reception, service guys at the mechanical bays are okay though. I have been to three Suzuki dealerships, namely Suzuki Masters motors near the DHA gate Lahore , Suzuki Central Motors Rawalpindi from where I got my 2013 swift and Suzuki Mini Motors Lahore, out of which only the Suzuki Mini Motors is worthy of your car. There used to be a good mechanic named Khalid at the Suzuki Master motors but he left most likely due to the pathetic team at the said dealership.

Their labour charges are too high like all dealership.....but waiting area is nice or service is average.

My Suzuki Wagnor was doing 17.8km per litre. After tuning now my Wagnor is doing 21.8 km per litre. I am really satisfied with their services. A best place for your sick cars.
