It was my biggest mistake I went to get my cultus 2017 repaired from the workshop thinking I will pay for premium service to get peace of mind service. This is the worst experience. Here is the detail: I almost paid 166k to get my cultus 2017 repaired, there was different work such as bumpers, bearing, break-shoe, calliper pins, AC evaporator. Everything was way more expensive than Japanese products. Here is the detail: The Colour of the bumpers don't match the body colour (body colour is white) Wheels: were making wired noises when I went to the local mechanic. wheels was not properly done such as calliper pins were loose all of them. The cheapest thing they did is they STOLE one of my parts which is a sheet that connects bumper and fender sheets, so the bumper does rattle when you can drive fast. My bad I figured it out almost a month later and I was in another city and that's sheet is not available in the aftermarket. Quality of work: Pathetic Commitment: Not at all Peace of mind: Forget about this Trust: Fraud And remember you need to pay a premium for these pathetic services. In my opinion, they don't deserve to operate.

A good Suzuki showroom at Shahra e Faisal. Good services at sale but as for as for repair workshop is concerned the way of working is not good enough.
