The clothes are nice but the overall experience is not. The designer has placed a couple of minions downstairs whose condescending behaviour is of no help. They really need to recalculate how to speak to a client.

A ladies branded cloths outlet, parties and casual wearing traditional and moderate clothing place. Price range is bit higher.

Absolutely WORST customer service… Please BEWARE of these frauds. I made an online order on May 10th for 700$ including 5 lawn outfits. Till date I have not received anything except bunch of lies saying it will be shipped tomorrow/ next week etc. This has been their pattern since I first reached out to them about my order status in June. When I confronted them that they have been telling me same thing for months then they have become UNRESPONSIVE. I live in Canada and I there’s really nothing I can do about it. Not only it is highly unethical to take someone’s hard earned money and not deliver the order, It is ILLEGAL too. They leave the messages to seen and don’t respond. What kind of brand does that? EXTREMELY SHAMEFUL but these people have no shame. WORST ONLINE ORDERING EXPERIENCE EVER. Shame to you Tena Durrani- for calling yourself a brand. Even Local vendors are way better than your FRAUD brand.

Ordered a few bridal outfits online / via video call and had a great experience - customer service was great, order process was smooth and the outfits are beautiful!
