Visited your bank branch in f6 Islamabad today, safe to say #covid19 doesn’t exist. No enforcements of SOPs and I felt silly wearing a mask. And the lady at counter don’t have any idea what a POC is. She had to get it checked from another staff member. Seems like no one wants to work!

Used their ATM machine. The lights went out and my card got stuck and i had to go the next day to get it back. Second time this has happened to me. FYI, first time was also with UBL ATM machine. Worst bank ever.

Around 4 months ago, one of your female employees lured me into opening a savings account whereas I came with the intention of a current account. This savings account was supposed to be having a quarterly profit against it which never came. I ignored the issue. But just today I realized that a significant amount of Zakat is being deducted from my account. So much for your services!
