Went on Saturday (May 13) to use my foreign banks ATM debit card (Plus network) because I wanted to withdraw cash. So I insert my debit card and lo and behold the machine captures my debit card asking me to come back in 2 days to collect it. Wt flying f***! Who has allowed these clowns to retain your debit card. One that doesn't belong to them or carries their banks name. DO NOT USE YOUR FOREIGN BANKS DEBIT CARD during non-business hours. Tried to get assistance from a bank team member but that person was completely useless asking me to comeback during regular bank hours. I left a message on the feedback/complaint phone number hanging next to the ATM machine and was told I'll get a response in THREE days. Luckily I didn't use this stupid machine near my fly out date or else I would have had to postpone my flight. Because I sure as hell don't trust these clowns with my Canadian bank account card. Be warned this is the only foreign bank left but there's definitely nothing foreign about it. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS.
