Probably the best gym within the area. The Fitness Lab offers weight training, strength training and crossFit services, in a very comfortable environment be it the summer or the winter. It has a changing room and a locker for every customer. Great gym Great service and this all come with some cost. So minimum charges per month is PKR2000 as of 2020, you can use every equipment except for treadmill if you want to run on the treadmill they will charge you extra PKR500. They will also charge you the admission charges, for the the first month ,which could be 500 or1000rs.. you can negotiate that.
