Very slow working staff, Operations manager is rude and doesn't know how to deal with customers. Too

Very slow working staff, Operations manager is rude and doesn't know how to deal with customers. Too busy in making jokes and comments with his colleagues. Took forever to get my pay order. Only Account manager and bank manager atleast know how to talk to customers. Not recommended at all.
