Bad points: No waiting area, no toilet, no drinking water point outside the Embassy where visitors have to wait. Visitor has to wait for a long time outside on the road. They don't care about appointment time given on email or phone call. Good point : Locker to submit visitor's belonging (mobile phone, wallet etc) at reception. Small but a clean waiting are and toilets inside. Person handling visitors inside have good attitude. Better than many other Embassies in Islamabad.

No waiting area outside. You may be have to wait for a couple of hours despite of fact having an appointment. There must be some sitting area, a toilet and a drinking water spot for visitors who are waiting for their turn. Or at least ensure that visitors must be attended as per time given by embassy.
