All employees if federal government are entitled here either present or retired. Buidling in huge area, surgery, Medical, neurological, ent, casuality, all dept are here. So its always crowded hospital. For any emergency patients are refred here.MNA, MPA usually come here and special rooms are availed by them ir their relatives. Public In OPD has to face line que, long wait. Surgeons are highly experts in surgery dept. IU baig is famous obe of them. Medicine is given free on internal medical store but basic economical only.Expensive medicines are not available for patients. Public complaints they use public budget and expensive medicines are resold out side stores.

It's become a lot better than it was before. It's has got a new entrance and a lot new improvements..

Very rude behavior even didn't check my son in emergency 2 .PM female young dr.i waited 1 n half hour .even one hour she was nt on her seat.even nurse said.pata nae etna log kahn sa uth k a jata hn.

Amazing experience. Rushed in with an elderly patient late last evening. (March 21) . Promptly attended and entertained by a young courteous and polite doctor >> "Dr BILAL" in an exclusive "Flu & Fever Section". Allah bless him with longevity and prosperity...a downright professional. Only if everyone performs with such devotion, Pakistan can be heaven on earth. Ready stock of wheelchairs right at the entrance is commendable. Also the security staff running about to ensure smooth flow of traffic, physically help movement of patients in and out of emergency area is a welcome sight. Thanks to administration and Hospital Management. You are the best.

2nd bigger government hospital after pims, good experience with doctors and staff, parking issues

Its the beat hospital and all the treatment even admission and surgeries are free of cost, if you visit OPD, all the medicines are also free. For best healthcare this hospital is above all the hospitals in Islamabad.

Drs are very helpful and kind some staff is rude and unprofessional govt should give more budget to this hospital and need some more infrastructure
