Only good point about this hotel is that there rear space is on the river side. Rooms are normal, not sooo good, rates are high, dealing with customer is normal like they don't care either you stay or not, outer paint of hotel is very well managed like it looks one of the best in the locality. Furniture needs much much improvement as chairs are almost going to be damaged, beds and mattresses are not quality level at all, wash room needs repairing. Sitting area near the river view is very bad. Room service like soap, towel, blanket is very slow and on repeated demand.
