Twice i went there and found long que. There was only one person to entertaon for both men and women. Overall facility is very poor.

Nadra saudabad branch offering a Covid vaccines certificates there is separtcounter for that, staff are cooperative, there is rush always, so take a bootle of water,there is electric water cooler but water isn't cold, fan is installed in a waiting area,some chairs are broken,so have to ignore,cause it's a government entity,uf u live in Pakistan you're use to

One of the lady who is sitting on the information counter she is very calm helpful and nice. But one of the peon who is working inside the office is very rude and act like CEO of NADRA. But on the main counter there is only one person who is assisting male n female rows
