Indeed its one of the oldest libraries in Punjab. Library is spacious with large hall to accomodate hundreds of readers. Building needs maintenance work though I (sadly)understand that time of book reading is now coming to end. There r some very old books present here but new books r not adding to the library as expected. I'll recommend this library to ppl who r somehow connected to the past.
